Request account deletion from this page

If you cannot access the app, start a deletion request by emailing privacy@stackit.app. We use the account email to verify ownership before deleting Stackit account data.

Include in your request

  • The email address registered to your Stackit account.
  • Whether you want to delete the account and all associated data, or only CRM data while keeping the account active.
  • A clear confirmation that you are requesting deletion.
Start deletion request

If the button does not open your email app, send the same request directly to privacy@stackit.app.

Delete from the app

The fastest way is to use the authenticated delete action inside Stackit. This confirms account ownership and starts deletion immediately.

  1. Open Stackit and go to Settings.
  2. In the Session section, choose Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Delete data without deleting your account

You can keep your Stackit sign-in and profile while deleting the CRM data stored in your account.

  1. Open Stackit and go to Settings.
  2. In Data & privacy, choose Clear all data.
  3. Confirm the action when prompted. Your account remains active.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@stackit.app from the email address on your Stackit account and ask us to delete the account. Include the account email and any other details that help us identify it.
